Strategic Sciences MFMD – 5.56/.223 1/2×28 (Muzzle Device and Suppressor Device Extended)
The MFMD-MD is a hearing safe suppressor without the use of the additional SD or SDX- All NFA rules and regulations apply.
Built for 5.56/.223 rifles with 1/2×28 threads. This includes both the MD (Muzzle Device) and the SDX (Suppressor Device Extended) removable extension. Because they were manufactured together, it is a single form 4 application (whereas if you bought an MFMD first and later wanted to add an SD or SDX, there would be a separate form 4 for the extension.
Requires 1.3" OTB (over-the-barrel) clearance—measure from the barrel shoulder to the first obstruction. If you don’t have the clearance, it doesn’t fit. Simple.
Installs via direct thread, using the included shims and tool. No adapters.
